1) About Blue Earth Society Inc

Blue Earth Society Inc (“Blue Earth Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit, non-partisan, and non-sectarian organization whose mission is to improve lives in poverty-stricken areas by expanding access to clean water, safe/affordable housing, education, and other essential resources. We partner with local communities to create sustainable, long-term solutions.

Blue Earth Society Inc is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) private foundation (EIN: 93-2239676). Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (IRC §170). We file Form 990-PF annually.

2) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, donation pages, content, or services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4) Donations, Receipts, and Refunds

  • Tax receipts. We issue receipts for all completed donations. Tax deductibility depends on your jurisdiction and personal circumstances.

  • Designation. Unless prohibited by law, donations may be reallocated to the area of greatest need if a project is fully funded or unavailable.

  • Refunds. If you made an error in your donation, contact [email] within 30 days with your name, date, amount, and method of payment. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.

  • Recurring gifts. You can modify or cancel recurring donations anytime by contacting [email] before your next charge.

5) Program Descriptions

We strive for accurate, current descriptions of programs (e.g., clean-water wells, sustainable housing, training, and community partnerships), but results and timelines may vary due to on-the-ground conditions.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and documents) is owned by Blue Earth Society or its licensors and protected by law. You may link to our public pages and share our materials for non-commercial, educational purposes with attribution and without alteration. Any other use requires prior written permission.

7) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Review their terms before using those services.
